Job Description

GlobalLogic is looking for enthusiastic Mechanical and Civil Engineering freshers with knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and GIS tools to join our Indoor Mapping team. The role involves working on CAD drawings, floor plans, and creating high-quality indoor maps using GIS technologies.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/QGIS/ArcGIS and Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to read and interpret CAD files and floor plans.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; quick learner with attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and a
  • collaborative team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to include coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess B.Tech (Civil/ Mechanical) graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
  • Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
  • Must be ready to join immediately

Job responsibilities

  • Read, interpret, and handle CAD files and floor plans
  • Create, digitize, and maintain indoor maps using GIS tools
  • Ensure map quality, updates, and timely delivery as per SLA standards
  • Communicate with stakeholders and participate in project discussions
  • Optimize workflows, generate reports, and support continuous improvements
