A well-motivated and creative Graduate Engineer with excellent numerical, logical, and analytical ability who wants to work in Engineering, Planning or Design Consulting on multi-disciplinary engineering projects. The Apprentice program is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience through structured on-the-job training within live projects.

The AI Apprentice will support the development, testing, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about artificial intelligence, data analytics, and emerging technologies. The trainee will work closely with senior team members to learn AI concepts, contribute to projects, and help deliver business-focused AI solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Assist in developing and testing AI and Machine Learning solutions.
– Support the creation and optimization of Generative AI applications and chatbots.
– Work with structured and unstructured data for analysis and model development.
– Help prepare, clean, and validate datasets for AI projects.
– Create prompts and evaluate responses from Large Language Models (LLMs).
– Participate in AI solution design, documentation, and testing activities.
– Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
– Monitor AI model performance and suggest improvements.
– Research new AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
– Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and governance standards.

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
– 2026 Academic Passout.
– No Dead or Live Backlog.
– Should not be registered under NATS.
– Relevant AI/ML certifications are an advantage.
– Academic projects or internships involving AI, ML, Data Analytics, or Generative AI.
