Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Developer Intern / Fresher who can help us build AI agents, browser automation agents, research agents, and workflow automation systems using Python.
This role is ideal for a recent AI/ML graduate who has already built practical projects involving AI agents, automation workflows, voice AI, browser automation, or LLM-based systems.
The candidate must be based in Delhi NCR and should be available for an in-office interview.

Education Requirement
Only candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, ML, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related field should apply.
Preference will be given to candidates with graduation or post-graduation specialization in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.

We are looking for someone who has practical exposure to building AI-powered automation systems, not just theoretical knowledge.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with Python and should have built at least one working project in any of the following areas:

- Browser Automation Agents
- Research AI Agents

- Voice AI / Speech-based AI systems
- LLM-based automation tools
- Python-based automation scripts
- AI agents that automate real-world business workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Build and experiment with agentic AI systems for automating business and communication workflows.
- Develop AI agents that can perform tasks such as research, browser automation, data extraction, content processing, and workflow execution.
- Work with Python-based AI frameworks and APIs to create practical automation solutions.
- Integrate AI agents with internal tools, APIs, communication platforms, and business workflows.
- Experiment with LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, function calling, RAG, and multi-step agent workflows.
- Build proof-of-concepts and MVPs for AI automation use cases.
- Test, debug, and improve AI agent performance for accuracy, reliability, and speed.
- Document code, workflows, configurations, and implementation steps clearly.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to understand automation requirements and convert them into working AI solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Python.
- Basic understanding of Agentic AI, AI agents, and LLM-based workflows.
- Experience building projects using LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or similar models.
- Familiarity with AI automation concepts such as:
- Tool calling
- Function calling
- Prompt engineering
- Workflow automation
- Browser automation
- Research agents
- API integrations
- Practical exposure to at least one of the following:
- LangChain
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- LlamaIndex
- Playwright
- Selenium
- n8n
- Make
- FastAPI
- Flask
- OpenAI API
- Gemini API
- Basic understanding of NLP, machine learning, or speech recognition concepts.
- Ability to convert a business problem into a working technical prototype.
- Good debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-moving AI development environment.
Good to Have
- Any working GitHub project related to AI agents, voice AI, browser automation, research automation, or workflow automation.
- Experience with browser automation using Playwright or Selenium.
- Experience creating AI agents that can use tools, browse websites, extract data, or automate repetitive tasks.
- Experience with voice AI, transcription, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, or conversational AI.
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, RAG, or semantic search.
- Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, MongoDB, MySQL, or basic backend development.
Mandatory Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be from Delhi NCR.
- Must be available for an in-office interview.
- Must be a college pass-out.
- Final-semester students are not eligible.
- Must have completed graduation or post-graduation in AI/ML, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field.
- Must have hands-on Python experience.
- Must have at least one working project in AI agents, AI workflows, voice AI, browser automation, or AI automation.
