THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for passionate and curious fresh graduates/early-career developers to join our team as Junior Python Developers. This role is ideal for candidates interested in AI systems, backend development, and modern agent-based architectures. You will work closely with senior engineers to build and improve agentic AI workflows using modern frameworks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python
• Build and contribute to agent-based systems and multi-step AI workflows
• Support development of stateful AI agents — orchestrators, sub-agents, tools, and skills — with guidance from senior developers
• Integrate LLMs, APIs, and tools into agentic pipelines using LangChain
• Implement structured outputs, validations, and basic reliability checks
• Work with state persistence (checkpointers) and file/tool systems within the agent harness
• Debug, test, and improve AI workflows

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Strong fundamentals in Python programming
• Working knowledge of LangChain (academic, project, or self-study level)
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
• Basics of FastAPI and backend systems
• Working knowledge of Git or another version control tool
• Interest in LLMs and agentic AI systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Exposure to the deepagents framework (a plus)
• Familiarity with REST APIs (a plus)
