Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve existing web applications, ensuring they remain stable, efficient, and user-friendly.
• Work closely with product managers and other developers to enhance application features based on user feedback and business needs.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in live applications, providing quick and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
• Optimize existing codebases for performance and scalability, making improvements where necessary.
• Implement new features and UI/UX enhancements while ensuring compatibility with the existing architecture.
• Collaborate in a small, agile team to deliver incremental improvements while maintaining code quality and stability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices, applying them to enhance application performance.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the code remains clean, maintainable, and well-documented.
• Build reusable code components and libraries that can be utilized across multiple projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience in debugging and improving existing codebases in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git, enabling effective collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a small team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as needed to meet tight deadlines.
