All registered conference papers will be published in Conference proceedings (Having ISBN Number) and the extended versions of the papers will be published in related reputed Scopus/ SCI/WoS/UGC Care Listed international journals.
All Authors and Co-authors must inform their respective Dept. Head/Principal/Guide about the paper submission of papers to NRF International Conferences. All Paper should be the original one and it should not be published in any manner before or after the conference. Authors and Co-authors should write the correct affiliation inside the paper.NRF can’t add, modify or delete any author’s or co-author’s name inside the paper after the registration of the paper without the permission of all authors and co-authors present inside the paper.
All participants must follow the official Conference page only regularly for getting the latest information about the event. All participants must register before coming to the conference by paying the specified amount mentioned at the registration menu of the Official Conference Website or a written letter from the Organizing Secretary. The Organizer may change the venue and date at any time before the conference. If the organizing Committee decides to change the venue and Date of the Event, all registered participants (Only) will get the information via mail and Phone
The participants should not involve any kind of violence inside and outside of the venue at any time before and after the event. Due to a shortage of Conference KIT NRF may not give you the participant KIT at the time of the Conference, in such cases, NRF will provide you the Conference KIT via Speed Post after the Conference.
NRF will blacklist the author/co-author/listener/Institution if it found any involvement in hate speech, spreading/giving Wrong information to NRF or about NRF, and trying to defame NRF publicly or privately. In such a case, no action could be taken by the Blacklisted person against the NRF.
If the NRF Management approves any refund process it will be done in the same manner as received from the author/listener. The Author/Listener needs to fill out and send the NRF Refund form (Available with the coordinator). The online or offline(bank deposit) refund process takes a minimum of 10 to 15 working days and it may take several weeks to reflect in your bank (NRF doesn’t take the responsibility to check the author’s account of the amount received). NRF will only give the Transaction ID, Date of Transaction, and Amount Refunded. The refund process Transaction/bank charges will be the responsibility of the author/listener.
INSTRUCTIONS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS
The posters must be written in English. Each poster board has been allocated a number. The posters must be placed on the panels, following the numbering indicated on the panels. Materials to attach the posters to the panels will be available at the conference office. Each author must make himself/herself available at the time of the poster presentations. At the end of the second poster session, the author(s) must remove their poster from the panel. The Organizing Committee will not send/keep any posters that have been left at the conference venue.
