Job Description
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will support the operations team in managing training certifications, tools ordering, HSE compliance, and KPI reporting. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent engineering graduates to build a career in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the operations team with training certifications and coordination
– Manage the ordering process for tools and equipment
– Monitor HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) training compliance and system updates
– Handle training purchase orders and invoices
– Manage and update training KPI dashboards and monitor consistency across the region
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational continuity
– Support supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods for regional service operations
– Edit and monitor material demand and support requests on ERP system
– Place local purchase orders in ERP system
– Assist in cycle counts with site operations
Required Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– Strong technical knowledge
– Strong attention to detail and organized approach
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in teams
– Proactive and adaptable to change
– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
