The complete manuscripts should be up to eight pages (inclusive of figures, tables, and bibliography) in a standard IEEE two-column format; papers exceeding the page limit may be returned without review. Authors should clearly explain the significance of the work, highlight novel features, and describe its current status.

Contributory papers presented in the technical sessions will be published in Conference proceeding having ISBN and extended papers will be published in the International Journals (UGC approved) having good Indexing and Impact factor after the meeting.

The registered papers will be submitted for inclusion in Digitalxplore and Google Scholar.
