The conference aspires to exhibit the technical excellence of budding technocrats, research scholars, representatives from the academia and industry. This conference aims to bring together the best of globally renewed research professionals. English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Papers presented in the conference will be submitted for inclusion into Conference proceedings.
Publication in Journals: This conference is Associated with UGC Care listed and Scopus Indexed International journals.
All registered conference papers will be published Conference proceeding (Having ISBN Number) and the extended versions of the papers will be published in related reputed Scopus/ SCI/WoS/UGC Care Listed international journals.
Send the paper in .Doc Format and take the help of Sample paper from the conference website and read the “Rules and Regulations” of the Conference Carefully. Note the last date of Paper submission form the conference website and send the paper before the last date of Submission. Do visit the official conference website(only) and use the official mail id of the conference for all the latest information.(Always refresh the web page for any update)
Do Ask for the “Conference Schedule mail ” from the Conference Coordinator after Last date of registration only. Do not consider the Payment Confirmation mail(From Payment Gateway) as the Final Confirmation mail. Wait for the “Conference Schedule mail ” from the organizer.Do not reach the venue before or after the reporting time on the day of the conference.
INSTRUCTIONS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS
The posters must be written in English.
- Each poster board has been allocated a number. The posters must be placed on the panels, following the numbering indicated on the panels.
- Materials to attach the posters to the panels will be available at the conference office.
- Each author must make himself/herself available at the times of the poster presentations.
- At the end of the second poster session, the author(s) must remove their poster from the panel. The Organizing Committee will not send/keep any posters that have left at the conference venue.
What to do Before Presentation?
- Make yourself prepare for the presentation.
- Must prepare for question and answer session immediately after your presentation over from the delegates.

How to be a Live Video presenter?
You are required to submit a Abstract/Full Paper which will undergo a double-blind peer reviewing process for the Abstract Acceptance. Upon the confirmation to the Conference, a test run will be conducted by the organizing committee in close proximity to the Conference. The participant will be given guidelines on how to connect during the Conference and present. After the Presentation and Conference Conclusion, you will receive a soft copy of the Conference, Certificate of Presentation, and Proceedings. Your conference documents will be sent to your address after the conference.

- Laptop with headset/ Desktop with Webcam and Microphone/headset
- Updated Chrome Browser
- Virus Protections are needed to be paused/disabled before the start, if not will block the webcam.
