About The Conference:
International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Robots, and Mechanical Engineering is a prestigious event organized with the motivation to provide an excellent international platform for academicians, researchers, engineers, industrial participants, and budding students around the world to SHARE their research findings with global experts. (ICAIRME) 2023 will be held in Bhawanipatna, India on 14th Aug 2023.
The key intention of ICAIRME is to provide an opportunity for the global participants to share their ideas and experience in person with their peers expected to join from different parts of the world. In addition, this gathering will help the delegates to establish research or business relations as well as to find international linkage for future collaborations in their career path. We hope that the ICAIRME outcome will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge base in these up-to-date scientific fields in scope.
Journal/Paper Publication: All registered conference papers will be published in Conference proceedings (Having ISBN Number) and the extended versions of the papers will be published in related reputed Scopus/ SCI/WoS/UGC Care Listed international journals.

In order to restrain our participants from traveling during the pandemic covid-19 we have introduced this new feature of video conferencing- A convenient way of sharing and discussing.
HOW IT WORKS:
At first, send us your presentation slides (PPT).
- Download Zoom App (Mobile/Notepad/Tablet)
- Create (Sign-Up) a Zoom Account (www.zoom.us)
- We will send a meeting invite with an embedded video link. You can find the Meeting ID and Password.
- Verify your camera and audio input and network connectivity set up before joining the conference call and sharing your screen.
- You can leave the meeting whenever you want.
N.B: Maximum Time Limit for Presentation: 10 Minutes

INSTRUCTIONS for ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Contributed oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The paper must be presented by one of the authors or co-authors. Oral presentations are to be made either using your laptop or the PC that will be available in the session room (Windows system + Power point). Please come to the session room with your laptop or pen drive having your presentation file. There will be a volunteer on hand to assist in starting each presentation.
INSTRUCTIONS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.). You must provide your own printout of the poster itself. You are requested to set up your poster in the morning prior to the Opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session. One of the paper authors or co-authors must be present and available for discussion at the poster session. Posters will be on display in the conference room.
