About The Conference:
International Conference on Advanced Electrical and Electronics Engineering aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Electrical and Electronics Engineering related areas.
Publication in Journals: This conference is Associated with Scopus Indexed International journals. All registered conference papers will be published in Conference proceedings (Having ISBN Number) and the extended versions of the papers will be published in related reputed Scopus/ SCI/WoS/UGC Care Listed international journals(with nominal extra charges).
Publication in UGC/Scopus/WoS Indexed Journals Guidelines :
- publication cost in Scopus/WoS Indexed Journals: 100USD to 400USD (Ask our coordinator to send you the list of journals available with cost). This cost is not included in the conference registration amount.
- Publication cost in UGS Care listed journals: 3500INR to 12000INR (for Indians). This cost is not included in the conference registration amount.
- SARC can submit the paper to journals indexed in Scopus/SCI/UGC Care listed on the written request by the author. In such a case, the author will have to bear the entire publication cost (according to the particular journal). It may take 1 to 12 months for the review and publication process.
- Payment made for the purpose of attending the SARC conferences will not be refunded if the registered paper is not selected for any Scopus/SCI/UGC Indexed journal or if the author doesn’t want to publish in any SARC associated (SCOPUS/ESCI/SCI/UGC Care Listed/Google Scholar) International Journal after the conference.
Points to be noted during the submission of the paper:
- The paper should be in ONLY MS-2 COLUMN format
- The size of the manuscript should be between 08-14 approximately; including figures, tables, graphs/ charts
- The last page of the manuscript must be dedicated to the Reference and conclusion
- Authors are requested to maintain a specific formatting style.
- The first author, i.e. the corresponding author, is required to send a soft copy of the manuscript, via email
- Submission of paper:
- Permissible Papers length:6(+2) pages
- Additional pages if required:
- Additional Permissible Papers can be added if up to 10 extra pages can be availed @ Rs 500/- per extra page.

INSTRUCTIONS for ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Contributed oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The paper must be presented by one of the authors or co-authors. Oral presentations are to be made either using your laptop or the PC that will be available in the session room (Windows system + Power point). Please come to the session room with your laptop or pen drive having your presentation file. There will be a volunteer on hand to assist in starting each presentation.
INSTRUCTIONS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.). You must provide your own printout of the poster itself. You are requested to set up your poster in the morning prior to the Opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session. One of the paper authors or co-authors must be present and available for discussion at the poster session. Posters will be on display in the conference room

The purpose of the center is to facilitate collaboration among researchers from different scientific fields who share a common interest in the study, design, and creative uses of information technologies in order to enhance social and everyday lives.
The center aims to address important societal challenges such as enhancing health care and improving education through interdisciplinary research and innovation. The South Asian Research Center (SARC) is a multi-disciplinary and cross-faculty initiative within the Institute of Technology and Research, Bhubaneswar, India an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Organization joining expertise from the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Engineering.
