In an exciting development, Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MREI) and the International Baccalaureate (IB) have come together to ink a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the 17th of October. This strategic partnership aims to introduce the IB Education Certificate under the Center for Advanced Learning at Manav Rachna University, setting the stage for a transformative educational journey.
A noteworthy achievement for both institutions, this collaboration’s primary goal is to integrate the IB continuum curriculum, encompassing the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (DP), and Career-related Programme (CP), into schools affiliated with Manav Rachna. This move promises to enhance the academic offerings and global perspective for students.
Of particular significance is the introduction of the IB Career-related Programme (CP) within the Manav Rachna group of Schools. This program not only opens up new educational horizons for students but also paves the way for them to pursue their higher education at two prominent local universities, namely, Manav Rachna University (MRU) and Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS).
The establishment of a Centre for Advanced Learning is another remarkable facet of this partnership. This center is set to become a hub of academic excellence and innovation, offering a wide range of advanced learning opportunities to students within the Manav Rachna ecosystem.
The MoU signing ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed representatives from the IB Leadership Team, including Dr. Amy Parker Dixon, Director of Marketing and Communications, and Haif Bannayan, Global Director of Business Development, among others. Their enthusiastic participation underscores the mutual commitment to the success of this collaborative venture.
