International School of Technology and Sciences (ISTS) wins Best Women’s Engineering College Award 2023 and Covid Mission Recognition!

Rajanagaram(East Godavari district): The International School of Technology and Sciences (ISTS) for Women has proudly received the esteemed Best Women’s Engineering College Award for 2023 by the Asia Education Summit – 2023. This prestigious recognition is a testament to the institution’s commitment to excellence in education, particularly in the field of engineering.

The award was presented by a distinguished panel of individuals, including Minister of State for External Affairs Dr Rajkumar Ranjan, former Central Education Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal, and British Parliamentarian and Member of the House of Lords Daljit Rana. The ceremony was held on Monday in the capital city of New Delhi and was attended by notable figures in the education sector.

K Upender Reddy, the chairman of ISTS, was delighted to receive the award on behalf of the institution. The recognition highlights the dedication of the faculty, staff, and students of ISTS in promoting women’s education and empowerment in the field of engineering. In recognition of its exceptional contribution to the ‘Each One – Reach One’ Covid mission campaign, the Ministry of Education, Government of India, has bestowed upon the International School of Technology and Sciences (ISTS) the honour of being the best institution in the campaign. This recognition was conferred upon ISTS by the Mahatma Gandhi National Council for Rural Education in 2021. The institution’s exemplary efforts in promoting quality education, women empowerment, and placements have been lauded, and it has been elected as the leading and most promising Women Engineering and Technology College for the academic year 2021.

Chairman Upender Reddy, in his address, credited the sincere efforts of the vice-chairperson V Anusha Reddy, secretary K Satish Reddy, college principal Dr Y Rajsree Rao, and all Heads of departments, staff, and students for this award.
