Aim Of The Conference:
International Conference On Recent Innovation In Mechanical And Civil Engineering aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences on Recent Innovations in Mechanical Engineering and Civil related areas. South Asian Research Center (SARC) is a nonprofit association dedicated to exploring and innovating new scientific ideas in the field of engineering and technology. The purpose of the center is to facilitate collaboration among researchers from different scientific fields who share a common interest in the study, design, and creative uses of information technologies in order to enhance social and everyday lives.
The center aims to address important societal challenges such as enhancing health care and improving education through interdisciplinary research and innovation. The South Asian Research Center (SARC) is a multi-disciplinary and cross-faculty initiative within the Institute of Technology and Research, Bhubaneswar, India an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Organization joining expertise from the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Engineering.
INSTRUCTIONS for ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
Contributed oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The paper must be presented by one of the authors or co-authors. Oral presentations are to be made either using your laptop or the PC that will be available in the session room (Windows system + Power point). Please come to the session room with your laptop or pen drive having your presentation file. There will be a volunteer on hand to assist in starting each presentation.
INSTRUCTIONS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
Maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.). You must provide your own printout of the poster itself. You are requested to set up your poster in the morning prior to the Opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session. One of the paper authors or co-authors must be present and available for discussion at the poster session. Posters will be on display in the conference room.
The paper should be in ONLY MS-2 COLUMN format. Size of the manuscript should be between 08-14 approximately; including figures, tables, graphs/ charts. Last page of the manuscript must be dedicated to the Reference and conclusion. Authors are requested to maintain a specific formatting style . The first author, i.e. the corresponding author, is required to send a soft copy of the manuscript, via email.
All Papers should be original and they should not be published in any manner before or after the conference. All Authors and Co-authors must inform their respective Dept. Head/Principal/Guide about the paper submission of papers to SARC International Conferences. All Authors and Co-authors should write the correct affiliation inside the paper.
SARC is not responsible for identifying the Original author or co-author of the paper. The person who submits the paper will be taken as the original author of the paper. In any case, if SARC receives the complaint about the originality of the author and it is found to be true the paper will be suspended from publication immediately.SARC is not responsible for obtaining any kind of Visa. SARC may not contact the embassy of any country on the behalf of the participants. Obtaining the Visa to attain any SARC conference/Meeting at any country is the sole responsibility of the participants only.
