About the Job
The role requires an individual who understands the quality driven solutions to the clients. Have an eye for attention to the detail.
Skill(s) required
- Exposure of Oracle or Microsoft SQL server database – Certification preferred but not must
- Exposure in windows batch scripting
- Must be able to converse well in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role. (Freshers can also apply)
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Comfortable to work in 24/7 environment, with different shift patterns as per the business needs
Who can apply
- Btech/BE in Electronics and communication or Computer Science with no backlogs
- Min 70% score during completion of the course
