About the Job

They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to their customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot their POS software problems and help customers with their support queries.

Ultimately, you will be a person customers’ trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

  • Excellent communication,Need to interact with global customers
  • Open to work in rotational shifts
  • Needs to provide technical support for networking and windows
  • Ability to solve complex application/software issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Responsible to merchant’s support queries
  • Support on email / phone calls / google meets to give clients quick answers
  • Online meeting with merchants to diagnose the software issues
  • Providing product tech demonstration to the merchants
  • Installing and configuring merchant’s POS device
  • Merchant On-boarding, product online training.
  • Ability to work in 24*7 support environment
  • Willing to travel to client side for troubleshooting, if needed

Who can apply

  • Experience: 6months – 2 years exp
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
  • Location: Noida – on-site
  • Position Type: Full Time
