About the Job

Design and develop automation workflows, solutions, and processes using Chat layer.

Design, develop, test, and support the implementation of Chatbot solutions in support of business requirements, software, and industry best practices using the Chat layer.

Skill(s) required

  • Worked on full bot development, end-to-end
  • Knowledge of workflow design and documentation
  • Ability to analyse and optimize business processes for automation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • In depth integration with REST( JSON) / SOAP API or any third party integrations via API

Who can apply

  • Experience: 0-6 Months
  • Educational Qualification: BSc. (Computer Science)/BCA
  • Familiarity with Active Directory / LDAP / SOAP / SAML / Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/ SSL / TSL / HTTP and HTTPS / URIs / DNS / SSO / IDM will be great advantage
  • Knowledge of JavaScript
  • Location: Chennai, India
