About the Job
They are seeking a highly motivated Support Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and React to join their dynamic team. As a Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical assistance and resolving issues for their clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth functioning of our software products.
Skill(s) required
- Proficiency in Java: Strong experience in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Java-based applications
- Spring Boot Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Spring Boot framework, with experience in backend API development and debugging
- MongoDB: Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB, including writing queries and database troubleshooting
- React: Familiarity with front-end development using React, including debugging and supporting web applications
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively
Who can apply
- Experience working in a support or troubleshooting role in a SaaS or product-based environment
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins or Docker
- Understanding of AWS cloud services
