- Proficiency in 1 or 2 programming languages
- Comprehensive understanding of DBMS, OOP, MVC, and other standard practices.
- Strong communication skills

- Script tools/languages (Perl, Python, Bash, CPP, etc.) – Advantage

- Educational Background: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science or IT
