AICTE and ServiceNow join forces to upskill and reskill 10,000 students

In a move that will bolster India’s digital transformation journey, ServiceNow, a leading provider of cloud-based workflow solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). This strategic partnership aims to equip over 10,000 students with in-demand AI technologies and ServiceNow platform skills in the first year itself, through a unique program called RiseUp.

The RiseUp program is a testament to ServiceNow and AICTE‘s commitment to bridging the talent gap in the Indian tech industry. It will provide students with the opportunity to upskill or reskill themselves in accordance with the evolving needs of the digital landscape. The program will equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the ever-growing job market.

“We are excited to partner with AICTE to launch the RiseUp program,” said ServiceNow’s India president, Rama Devi Yamanoor. “This program will empower students with the cutting-edge skills they need to become valuable assets in the digital economy.”

AICTE chairman, Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe, welcomed the collaboration, stating, “This MoU is a significant step towards achieving our goal of talent transformation in the tech sector. The RiseUp program will provide students with the opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain practical experience, making them job-ready from day one.”

The ServiceNow-AICTE collaboration is a landmark initiative that will play a pivotal role in India’s digital transformation ambitions. By empowering students with the right skills and knowledge, the program will help create a future-ready workforce that can contribute to the nation’s economic growth.
