About the Job
Tesla is looking for a Service Advisor to join its team in Mumbai or Delhi, providing world-class customer support and technical guidance for one of the most innovative automotive brands. The role involves handling customer queries, managing service transactions, coordinating vehicle deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Tesla’s high standards of service.
Skill(s) required
a) Mandatory:
- Experience in automotive service, customer service, or technical support.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
b) Good to Have:
- Associate degree or certification in Automotive Technology.
- Experience using Dealer Management Systems, Outlook, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with automotive repair and servicing techniques.
