QA Engineer (Manual) Intern
About the Internship
QuinStreet is seeking a QA Engineer Intern to join their Quality Assurance team for a 6-month internship. As a QA Intern, you will play a vital role in manual testing of software applications, ensuring high standards of quality and functionality.
You’ll collaborate with the development team, document bugs, and contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT). If you have an interest or experience in automation testing, you’ll have the opportunity to work on creating and enhancing scripts using tools like Selenium. This internship provides mentorship, hands-on learning, and the potential for full-time employment based on your performance.
Skills Required
a) Mandatory:
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and concepts.
- Proficiency in manual testing, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and UNIX.
b) Good to Have:
- Knowledge of Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools.
- Understanding of different testing types performed on web apps and websites.
