- Seek inputs from knowledge repository to resolve problems

Other Requirements
- Under guidance Provision, install and configure application environment for developers
- Deploy latest patches, provided by vendors, in development environment to improve the stability of development system
- Apply rapid deployment solution
- Apply best practices and standard operating principles under guidance
- Create roles and profiles for application security based on the specifications approved in the design phase
- Testing
- Understand server metrics to be captured before and after the Testing and support application team during Testing
- Configuration, Deployment and Closure
- Implement standard operating principles for production environment
