About the Internship
The Product Ops Intern at Allen Digital will be a key player in ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement of product operations. You will collaborate with both the product and operations teams to enhance the user experience.
Key responsibilities include supporting user acceptance testing (UATs), creating training programs for teachers and administrators, analyzing user feedback, and optimizing operational processes to improve end-user experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to gain hands-on experience in product operations and user experience management.
Skills Required
a) Mandatory:
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and other productivity tools.
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and improve the user experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
b) Good to Have:
- Experience in user experience or product operations roles.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes or training programs for new users.
