Process Engineer
About the Job
As a Process Engineer at ZeroFox, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of alert data while supporting the development of tools and processes for threat intelligence. You will analyze, model, and interpret dynamic data sets, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports for management. This role involves collaboration with product management, engineering, and threat analyst teams to address client needs related to security risks. Additionally, you will provide escalation support during critical events and help maintain seamless 24/7 customer service operations.
Skill(s) required
a) Mandatory:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and model data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
b) Good to Have:
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Russian, or Chinese).
- Background in intelligence, technology, journalism, or cybersecurity.

Other Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming alert data, ensuring proper prioritization and direction.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business intelligence.
- Provide crisis coverage and escalation support outside traditional business hours.
- Collect and report metrics to track objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Continuously monitor relevant security channels for emerging threats.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Understanding of general Internet and network concepts.
- Familiarity with the intelligence cycle and its application to real-world scenarios.
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail, especially when performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to see the “big picture” while addressing specific tactical concerns.
- Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Work Environment Requirements:
- Willingness to work in high-pressure situations and adapt to evolving client needs.
