Celebrating Academic Excellence: Jeppiaar Engineering College and Jeppiaar SRR Engineering College came together to mark a significant milestone – their 18th Convocation. This grand event bore the blessings and memory of their beloved Founder Chancellor, the late Hon. Colonel Dr. JEPPIAAR, whose vision and dedication continue to inspire generations of scholars.
Leadership in Education: Dr. Regeena J Murali, the Chairman and Managing Director of Jeppiaar Engineering College and Hon. Chancellor of Jeppiaar University, took the helm as the presiding authority of this remarkable convocation. The event was graced by the distinguished presence of Padma Bhushan Dr. Nambi Narayanan, a renowned Aerospace Scientist from the Indian Space Research Organisation (Retired), and Shri Rajesh Chandan, Chairman of JITO Business Network and Latin American & Caribbean Trade Council, who also serves as a board member of the National Traders Welfare Board of India.
3nspiring the Future: The highlight of the ceremony was the inspirational speech delivered by Chief Guest Padma Bhushan Dr. Nambi Narayanan. His words resonated with the graduating students, instilling a sense of purpose and ambition as they embark on their respective journeys.
Recognizing Excellence: A total of 862 undergraduate and 74 postgraduate students from diverse academic branches were conferred with their hard-earned degrees. The occasion also served as a platform to commend the exceptional achievements of students. Notably, Ms. Subha Varshini P, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering, was awarded the coveted Gold Medal. Additionally, 16 students who secured prestigious Anna University Rank positions in various branches were recognized. The Jeppiaar Educational Trust honored 17 outstanding students for their dedication and accomplishments in academia.
