About the Job
They are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Embedded Testing Junior Engineer with 0 to 2 years of experience/fresher. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in embedded systems testing to kick-start their career in the field of embedded software Testing. As an Embedded Testing Fresher, you will work closely with experienced engineers to test, debug, and validate embedded systems across various hardware platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and validate embedded and automotive software.
- Execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure quality.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and fix defects.
- Document procedures, results, and found defects.
- Provide feedback on testability and quality during design reviews.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in embedded systems/software testing.
Skill(s) required
- Good Understanding of Basic Electronic, Microcontroller and microprocessor
- Good understanding of any of Programming language Knowledge C/C++/Python
- Basic Knowledge about STLC, SDLC, Software Development models, any one Model (V Model or Agile etc.)
- Knowledge about Embedded Software Development/Testing and System Testing concept (Whitebox and Black box)
- Solid understanding of embedded systems concepts and architectures
- Good Knowledge over Bug life cycle
- Understanding of embedded systems concepts and architectures
- Familiarity with software testing methods

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with strong academic performance and no backlogs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and analytical ability
Prior experience with embedded testing tools is a plus
Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies
Other Requirements
- Understanding of Automotive Electronics System
- Understanding of CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet
- Python with Robot Framework
- Understanding of CI/CD
- Understanding of ASPICE Process (Automotive SPICE Model)
- Software Requirement Management and Configuration Management
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
