Skill(s) required
- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL in querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong understanding of statistical techniques and their application in analyzing data.
- Ability to work with Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies will be advantageous.

Other Requirements
- Initiate calls requesting status of claims in queue.
- Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments.
- Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required.
- Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes
- To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA’s to accounts, making required corrections to claims
