Skill(s) required

  • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL in querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong understanding of statistical techniques and their application in analyzing data.
  • Ability to work with Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies will be advantageous.

Other Requirements

  • Initiate calls requesting status of claims in queue.
  • Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments.
  • Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required.
  • Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes
  • To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA’s to accounts, making required corrections to claims
