Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Company Outreach Intern who will help us identify companies that are hiring engineers and bring them onto the Upcoming Engineer platform.

You will work closely with the Founder and gain hands-on exposure to startup sales, partnerships, and B2B outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify Hiring Companies

  • Research startups and companies hiring engineers
  • Find HR managers, founders, and hiring managers
  • Build a company database for outreach

Company Outreach

  • Reach out to companies via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Introduce Upcoming Engineer and its hiring platform
  • Encourage companies to post jobs on the platform

Lead Qualification

  • Understand hiring requirements
  • Collect job descriptions and hiring needs
  • Update lead details in the CRM

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule meetings between interested companies and the founder
  • Follow up with companies after initial conversations

Support Hiring Partnerships

  • Assist companies in posting jobs on the platform
  • Coordinate with the talent sourcing team when companies need hiring support
