Job Description

We are looking for a College Outreach Intern who will help build partnerships with engineering colleges and universities across India.

You will connect with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), faculty members, and college administration to introduce Upcoming Engineer’s training programs and student initiatives.

This role offers hands-on experience in institutional partnerships, outreach, and EdTech business development

Key Responsibilities:

College Research

  • Identify engineering colleges across India
  • Find contact details of Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), department heads, and faculty
  • Build and maintain a structured college database

Institutional Outreach

  • Reach out to colleges through email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Introduce Upcoming Engineer’s training programs and student initiatives
  • Share program brochures and information with colleges

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule introductory meetings between interested colleges and the founder/team
  • Coordinate follow-ups with colleges after initial discussions

Partnership Support

  • Assist in onboarding colleges for training programs
  • Coordinate with internal teams for program planning
  • Maintain records of college partnerships in the CRM

Community Collaboration

  • Work with the Campus Masters / student community network
  • Support execution of initiatives within partnered colleges
