About the Job

Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade Desktops, MFP’s, corporate networks and servers

Skill(s) required

    • setting up and installing new computers, networks and software
    • setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
    • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications and Keep an eye out for needed updates.
    • Support and administer third-party applications
    • Ensure network security and connectivity
    • Knowledge with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
    • Ability to set up and configure server hardware
    • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
    • Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
    • maintaining inventories of hardware and software
    • keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference

Who can apply

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 2024 pass out- UG (CS background )
  • Location: Infopark,Kochi, India

Other Requirements

    • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
    • Resolve problems reported by end user
    • Specify system requirements and design solutions
    • Research and make recommendations on server system administration.
