About the Job
The role will ideate, prototype, test, and deploy pilot projects based on early-stage technologies and analysis techniques. This role is vital in ensuring that Medha Analytics continues to be state-of-the-art in its tech and product stack.
Skill(s) required
- Good Knowledge in a technical/analytical/data-science/product role
- Strong in data science/analytics
- Expertise in Python and SQL
- Expertise in Full Stack Developer technologies
- Comfortable in picking up new technologies
- Strong inclination toward Math and Statistics
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely comfortable working on vague or early-stage concepts
Who can apply
- B.Tech/M. Tech in Computer Science from a Top Tier 1 Institutes like IITs, NITs and BITs is preferred
- The right candidate should be comfortable and fearless when it comes to analytics, programming, and new technologies Furthermore, the candidate be well-read and be able to quickly scout for and understand the literature on any topic. The candidate should have strong ideation capabilities and strong communication skills to put forth their thoughts clearly, both verbally and as written documents

Other Requirements
- Develop Proof of Principle, Proof of Concept, and Prototype models in any technology required
- Research use cases and best practices for implementing new and emerging technologies
- Ideate and creative solutions around analytics problems involving math, statistics, AI/ML
- Research and conceptualize new innovation ideas
- Applying rapid innovation practices such as design thinking, lean start-up, and agile development
- Assist in rethinking and improving every process in the division
