Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Outreach Intern based in Hyderabad to support our campus and student engagement initiatives. The intern will help build relationships with colleges, student communities, and partners while spreading awareness about our programs and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to colleges, Training & Placement Officers, and student clubs
• Promote Upcoming Engineer initiatives such as career programs, campus ambassador drives, events, and job opportunities
• Visit campuses or events when required and represent the brand
• Coordinate with student volunteers and ambassadors
• Collect leads, feedback, and campus content (photos, updates)
• Maintain outreach trackers and submit weekly reports
• Support organizing workshops, seminars, or student meetups in Hyderabad

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with faculty and students
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets
• Self-driven, organized, and reliable
• Interest in education, careers, or community building
• Hyderabad-based candidates preferred
