- Apply engineering principles and analytical tools to analyze data, identify trends, and solve technical problems encountered in projects or day-to-day operations
- Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to the development of corrective and preventive actions to address engineering issues and improve processes or products
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, simulation tools, and other engineering software packages to support design, analysis, and optimization activities

- Bachler’s of Engineering ( Mechanical, Production, EIE, EEE, ECE, Mechatronics
- Min 70% score during completion of the course
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems, standards, and regulations relevant to your engineering discipline (e.g., ISO standards, regulatory requirements)
- Contribute to quality assurance activities such as inspections, audits, and validation testing to verify compliance with specifications and customer requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the organization
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders through verbal and written channels to provide updates, share findings, and seek input or feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines to solve complex engineering problems, leverage complementary expertise, and achieve shared goals
- Actively participate in team meetings, project reviews, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas, offer insights, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address engineering challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that meet project objectives and quality standards
