As a Graduate Engineer Trainee – SLM, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing team in implementing strategies to promote and sell Schwing Stetter products and services. You will be trained to develop a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and customer needs, and you will be given the opportunity to contribute to the development of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales and Marketing team in developing and implementing sales plans and strategies for Schwing Stetter products and services
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Support the team in managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service. Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical support team to ensure customer needs and requirements are met
- Help develop marketing materials, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports
- Receive training and mentorship from experienced professionals within the company
- Embrace the company’s values and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all activities
