As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field of engineering. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E.) who possess a passion for technology and a desire to build a successful career in the IT industry.
Responsibility:
1.Training Period: Engage in a rigorous 6-month training program focused on developing expertise in areas such as Linux, Java, Node.js, DevOps and other relevant IT skills.
2.Technical Learning: Acquire a deep understanding of software development, programming languages, and system administration through hands-on projects and theoretical training.
3.Collaboration: Work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to gain practical insights into real-world projects and applications.
4. Problem Solving: Develop critical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software development, system administration, and programming.
5. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the application of the latest tools and techniques in your work.
6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of your training progress, projects, and acquired skills.
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science (IT) , MCS / MCA
2. IT Skills: Proficiency in Linux, Java, Node.js, DevOps and other programming languages is essential.
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and convey technical concepts.
4. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex technical problems.
