Fresher Engineer
About the Job
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher Engineer located in Pune. As a Fresher Engineer at Workassist, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day engineering tasks, including troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining equipment and systems. You will also collaborate with other team members to support project objectives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Skill(s) required
- Knowledge of engineering principles and concepts
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Who can apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

Other Requirements
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django/Flask, and related technologies
- Work on front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and practices
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
