About the Internship

PhonePe’s Ethics & Compliance (“E&C”) team focuses on maintaining a strong corporate culture of integrity by promoting ethical and compliant behavior, and decision-making.

The position reports to the Program Lead to support the execution and the governance of the Training & Awareness Program.

The Program focuses on training and communication campaigns/initiatives across the organization to facilitate behavioral expectations and to understand the E&C requirements on the Code of Conduct, and compliance policies and procedures.

Skill(s) required

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Comprehensive understanding of data analysis, reporting, and maintaining data integrity
  • Strong analytical capabilities to root cause opportunities that help in actionable insights
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at a given point in time
  • Collaboration skills and adept at working in a team-focused environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build cross-functional relationships

Who can apply

  • Freshers/Graduate professionals with 0–1 year experience in training, data reporting, analysis, and strong communication skills. Experience with LMS (Learning Management System) and administration would be preferable
  • Support in managing the Program requirements such as – training and awareness plan, tracking the program’s effectiveness, etc
  • Assist in the consistent drive of the training escalation protocols
  • Support in the execution of the core elements of the day-to-day org-wide training program operations, including course assignments, training reports, and troubleshooting
