Cloud Infra & Tech Support Engineer
About the Job
The Cloud Infra & Support Engineer (Freshers) will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with troubleshooting, technical support, Customer Support, system administration, network security, and networking. This position is located in Bengaluru, the role requires working in shift & allows for remote /hybrid work.
Skill(s) required
- Troubleshooting, System Administration, and Technical Support skills
- Knowledge administering cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration preferred (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools (CodeDeploy, Jenkins, Ansible)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication (verbal english) is a must
Who can apply
- Bachelor’s degree in computers , IT , System or related area is preferred
- Relevant certifications like AWS are a plus
