I am Aishwary Kadao, currently pursuing my M.Tech in Bioinformatics at Delhi Technological University, with expected completion in May 2025. I hold a B.Tech in Biotechnology and have developed a strong interdisciplinary foundation in life sciences and computational biology. My academic background has equipped me with core knowledge in genomics, molecular biology, and data analysis, supported by skills in Python, R, Bash, and Linux environments.

I have actively worked on projects such as brain tumor detection using YOLOv8, where I implemented a deep learning model for real-time medical image classification, and gene-disease association analysis focused on BRCA1, involving literature curation from PubMed. In addition, I gained practical experience as a Teaching Assistant at DTU, guiding students through lab work and bioinformatics tools, and as a Subject Matter Expert in Biology at Bartleby Technologies, providing high-quality academic support. My workshop internship at Decode Life further deepened my exposure to NGS pipelines, data visualization tools like Cytoscape and Circos, and the application of machine learning in genomics.

My career goal is to work at the intersection of bioinformatics and healthcare, contributing to precision medicine and translational genomics. I am passionate about applying data-driven approaches to solve biological problems and improve health outcomes. With a strong academic base, hands-on project work, and a curious, problem-solving mindset, I am confident in my ability to grow and contribute meaningfully to the field of bioinformatics.
