Brillio, the renowned digital transformation services and solutions provider, has made a significant move towards creating a future-ready workforce by partnering with the New Horizon College of Engineering (NHCE). The collaboration aims to design an innovative and industry-focused curriculum that will enable NHCE students to gain practical knowledge and experience in cutting-edge technologies. The MoU signed between Brillio and NHCE marks a significant step towards bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
In order to ensure that students receive hands-on training and exposure to industry-relevant technology, Brillio will establish a dedicated Brillio Lab at NHCE. This lab will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology infrastructure and will serve as a platform for students to learn and experiment with various digital tools and technologies. Additionally, a team of Brillio’s senior technology and business professionals will work closely with NHCE faculty to provide them with in-depth knowledge and training on the latest technologies and their applications. Together, they will design a curriculum that prepares students for the challenges of the future workforce.
The partnership between Brillio and NHCE is a significant initiative aimed at empowering engineering students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in today’s fast-paced and highly competitive digital world. The specially designed curriculum will be integrated into the sixth semester of NHCE’s engineering program and will focus on building core engineering skills through hands-on training in new-age technologies.
One of the unique aspects of the curriculum is its focus on business-critical topics such as design thinking, which is essential for developing innovative solutions that meet customer needs. In addition, the curriculum will cover next-generation technologies such as Web 3, Digital Twin, and AI. This will equip engineering talent with the skills and knowledge required to spearhead customer-centric, decision-driven enterprises that are powered by connected and immersive experiences.
“As a forward-thinking digital transformation company harnessing leading-edge technologies to help Fortune 1000 enterprises become resilient and customer-centric, we appreciate the pressing need for education to keep pace with dynamic industry demands and expectations,” said Sandeep Rane, Chief Delivery Officer at Brillio. “Our partnership with NHCE furthers our vision for meaningful industry-academia collaboration to make technology talent industry-ready and industry-relevant through contextual, hands-on, and inquiry-driven education. We are committed to collaborating with educational institutions in building talent that can unlock the full potential of digital technologies.”
“At New Horizon College of Engineering, we take great pride in our dynamic, progressive, and result-oriented approach to education,” said Dr. Manjunatha, Principal of New Horizon College of Engineering. “We are pleased to partner with Brillio on an important, far-reaching initiative that will equip the workforce of tomorrow with the skills necessary to thrive in times of constant change and innovation. We look forward to building upon this partnership in developing competencies based on real-world contexts and adaptive learning closely aligned with the needs of the future.”
