BMSCE Utsav is the annual techno-cultural fest of BMS College of Engineering (BMSCE), one of the premier engineering colleges in Bangalore, India. Founded in 1946, BMSCE has a long and illustrious history of producing some of the brightest minds in engineering. The college is known for its rigorous academic curriculum, its vibrant student life, and its commitment to innovation.
BMSCE Utsav is a three-day event that is taking place on 17th, 18th & 19th May this year. The festival is a celebration of all things technical and culture. It features a wide variety of events, workshops, and competitions that cater to the interests of engineering students from all walks of life. This year’s BMSCE Utsav is themed “Realms of Time.” The theme celebrates the rich history of human civilization and the ever-changing nature of time. The festival will feature events and workshops that explore different aspects of time, from history and mythology to science and technology.
Here are some of the flagship events of BMSCE Utsav:
- Turtle Jam: A coding competition that tests the problem-solving skills of participants.
- DJ Night: A night of music and dance, featuring some of the biggest names in the DJ world.
- Mr. Utsav: A personality pageant that celebrates the charisma and talent of BMSCE students.
- Whiplash: A robotics competition that tests the engineering skills of participants.
- Fashion Show: A platform for students to showcase their creativity and style.
In addition to these flagship events, BMSCE Utsav also features a wide variety of technical events, cultural events, and informal events. Technical events include Intergalactic Imbeciles, Zapocalypse, The Diamond Affair, and Survivors.
