Responsibilities
1 .Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Consult with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interviewing, offering, negotiating, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions
- Self-screen resumes of consultants to understand profiles before marketing.
- Conduct regular interactions and follow-ups with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
2 .Networking and Relationship Management:
- Create and maintain a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Hiring manager contacts.
- Manage the complete cycle of Bench Marketing.
- Maintain and grow the business from existing and new client relationships to supplement marketing capabilities.
