As an Associate Field Engineer – Electrical, you will conduct safety and non-safety certification inspections, analyze test results, and ensure products meet compliance standards. This role involves performing field evaluations, addressing variations in standards, and using advanced instruments to inspect and verify product safety. You will collaborate with manufacturers, Authorities Having Jurisdiction, and customers while documenting findings and providing solutions for any discrepancies. This is an excellent opportunity to apply technical knowledge in electrical engineering and promote safety across industries.
Skill(s) required
Mandatory:
- Proficiency in using technical instruments like micrometers, voltmeters, and ammeters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating test results.
- Fluency in English for effective communication.
Good to Have:
- Understanding of Hazard-Based Safety Engineering (HBSE) principles.
- Familiarity with UL standards and inspection protocols.
- Experience in process and quality management systems.
