Andhra University Engineering College appoints Sasibhushana Rao as new Principal in Visakhapatnam

Gottapu Sasibhushana Rao, a distinguished alumnus of Andhra University, has taken charge as the new Principal of Andhra University College of Engineering in Visakhapatnam. In addition, he has supervised 44 Ph.D. students, authored six reference books, and completed ten government research projects.

Prof. Rao’s educational background is equally impressive. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree from AU in 1985 and his M.Tech from JNTU-Hyderabad in 1993. He later went on to receive his Ph.D. from Osmania University in 2004. He also worked at the Airports Authority of India and ISRO, in addition to his extensive teaching experience.
