JEE Advanced 2018 Mock Test Available Now
IIT Kanpur released the JEE Advanced 2018 mock test on December 19 for the computer based entrance exam to be held on May 20. This is the first time that the JEE Advanced exam will be held online. The JEE Advanced mock test is a helpful too to familiarize the students with the Computer Based Test (CBT) environment of the exam. Candidates should use this test to understand the concept, time constraint of JEE Advanced CBT format. IIT Kanpur has announced the usage of the previous year questions in the JEE Advanced Mock test . Although Candidates are advised that the test is not indicative of the exam pattern and that the pattern may vary for the actual exam.
With the help of the JEE Advanced mock test 2018, candidates will be able to acclimatize themselves to the general pattern of paper like number of questions that will be asked in each section, the duration of the exam, how they can move between different sections, whether they have the option to go back to any section or not.

Candidates should give this mock test seriously, and as the pattern of test is almost exact copy of CBT environment, they should make use of this test seriously and understand their performance in this strict timed manner.
Steps to take the JEE Advanced Mock Test 2018
Log in- Candidates will have to go on the JEE Advanced 2018 website and will have to click on the tab for JEE Advanced 2018 mock test
Start the Test- No separate login credentials are needed to take the JEE Advanced 2018 mock test and immediately after signing in candidates can start taking the test.

Colours Indicating the Status of Questions in JEE Advanced
Depending on the status of the questions, they will be marked in different colours.
- Red- Not answered
- Green- Answered
- Violet- Marked for Review
- Light Grey- Not Visited
